The staff of Xpression
Winterguard (Hellemmes)
has the pleasure to present
the theme of their new show
2011: "Requiem - Claude
Monet".
This
new program, inspired on the beautifull
painting of Claude Monet dating
of 1916 : "Water Lilies",
is created by Alliance Winterguard
based in Colchester in England.
The
show will be presented at the
CGN competitions in
the Netherlands and maybe in
England. After the succes
of last years program ("The
forbidden Colour"), Xpression hasn’t changed their winning
team of designers
: Jason Hawke, Denni Hawke,
Cheryl Gray
& Helen Tomlin.
They have gathered
their talents to create a new
production at the image of Xpression.
These professionals were
chosen in the objective to help
our unit take the next step
into the future. There
is no doubt that Xpression will
benefit from these instructors
and of this new concept! Numerous
camps have been organized to
realize this program and color
guards will work really
hard.

color guards of Xpression were mobilized in
July for the casting in Lille :
"France's got talent". The last step of
this TV production for our nation :
we have a nice video of this
experience. Two minutes were presented by our group
who competed against many others
artists
coming from Belgium and France.
M6 (the channel), the last selection,
decided
to enclose this adventure. Victory was at hand. it's a shame ; maybe the next
year...
