The younger musicians


Unik Star Junior is the section of beginning musicians for Unik Star. Gathering about 15 members from 6 to 14 years old, this group learns the percussion techniques (snares, cymbals, bassdrums, keyboards...). Unik Star Junior  represents the future musicians of Unik Star.

The section junior was created in January 2007 : a project discussed for several months that came to life thanks to the staff.




Two groups have been put in place : the first for composed of juniors from 5 to 8 years old for whom an introduction to music will be given and the second group of musicians from 9 to 14 years old who will be prepared to enter in the near future Unik Star. The registration is completely free and rehearsals take place every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8pm at the centre Gustave Engrand in Hellemmes (next to Lille) and are managed by the instructors.

Our section of Junior musicians is actively looking for new members (girl or boy) to prepare the next seasons but also to prepare the future of Unik Star.
